Prices and payment
Prices include VAT and every mandatory fee. The total shown before you pay is what you pay. Payment is taken by our payment provider (Viva Wallet or Stripe); we never see or store your card details.
Seats are held for you for a limited time while you check out. If the time runs out before you pay, they go back on sale.
Your tickets
Each ticket carries the name you give at checkout and a QR code that is checked at the door. Tickets can't be transferred or resold. Door staff may ask for ID that matches the name.
Refunds and cancellations
Tickets are for a specific date, so the 14-day right to cancel online purchases doesn't apply. Each event has its own refund policy, shown before you pay: no refunds, refunds until a number of days before the event, or refunds until the event starts. The policy also says whether booking fees are refunded.
If an event is cancelled, we refund every order in full. If it's postponed, your tickets stay valid for the new date, and we tell you about any refund option.
